My concern before renting a storage was vacating it in the middle of the month. They very conveniently told me that they are absolutely flexible and won't bother for couple of days of rent and if I vacate in the middle then they will just charge for those days I rent (pro-rated). When I did vacate in the middle of the month (on 10th); they charged me full month's rent and told me that they couldn't find any notes on my paper work.
